Ongoing weekly instruction and practice of the ancient martial arts-based Chinese form of self defense, exercise, art form and relaxation technique.

T’ai Chi is composed of a series of gentle, graceful movements linked together in a continuous, smooth-flowing sequence.

A scientifically proven method of maintaining mobility, strength, flexibility and general good health, the physical health aspects are emphasized. The self defense and philosophical aspects are occasionally used as teaching aids.
