Our therapists are experienced in the treatment of post operative orthopedic surgeries including joint replacement. Programs to regain range of motion, strength and function will be performed within the guidelines of your surgeons protocol. We will help you with the use of adaptive devices for gait assistance such as walkers, crutches and canes to help in your recovery. In the initial post operative stages, pain relieving modalities including electrical stimulation and massage maybe indicated to allow your progression to a more active program. Under your post operative guidelines you will be taken through a comprehensive personalized exercise program to allow you to achieve the best functional outcomes.
